How much does XMS Calendar cost?
There are three plans. Personal (1 person) costs €4.99 per month or €49.99 per year. Family (up to 5 people) costs €8.99 per month or €89.99 per year. Business (3 people, more at €5.99 each) costs €19.99 per month or €199.99 per year. The first 14 days are free, no card required. All prices include VAT.
How do I get the discount for Angebix and XMS Rechnung customers?
Sign up with the same email address you use for Angebix or XMS Rechnung. The 30% discount applies to the Business plan and is detected automatically: €13.99 per month or €139.99 per year. If you already have the discount in an existing subscription, you keep it.
How do I cancel?
Any time in a few clicks – in the app under Settings → Manage subscription or directly via Cancel contract. The subscription ends at the end of the paid period.
What is live conversation?
You talk freely to the AI assistant and it replies instantly in a natural voice – you can interrupt at any time. It knows the events, tasks and contacts you share and enters new events right away – every change can be undone. A conversation lasts up to 10 minutes.
How do Family and Business work?
The owner subscribes and invites the others by email. Everyone has their own account and private calendar. On top, there’s a shared calendar with events, tasks and a shopping list. Your own events stay private – or you share them as “busy” or in full. Live minutes are shared.
What happens when my live minutes are used up?
Chat and dictation keep working (AI chat: up to 1000 requests per person per month). Your minutes refill at the start of each month – or switch to a bigger plan in the app with one click. Unused minutes expire at the end of the month.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, any time in the app under Settings → Subscription. The change applies immediately; the difference is prorated. The former Plus plan is no longer sold – existing Plus subscriptions continue unchanged.

Do I need an app store?
No. XMS Calendar is a web app. Open it in your browser and add it to your home screen with one tap.
Where is my data stored?
In a database located in the European Union (Cloudflare). See the privacy policy for details.
Do I have to use the AI assistant?
No. The calendar works fully without AI. You only use the assistant when you want to – and only with the data you share.
Can I bring my existing calendar?
Yes. You can import iCal calendar files and export your data or download a backup at any time.
How do I move my contacts?
In the app, tap Contacts at the bottom. Quick: “From phone” – on Android in Chrome you pick the people directly. Step by step (iPhone): 1. Contacts app → “Lists” → hold “All Contacts” → Export → Save to Files. 2. In XMS tap “From .vcf file” and choose the file. 3. Check the preview and tap “Save contacts”. From Google: contacts.google.com → Export → “vCard”. You can also ask the AI assistant “How do I move my contacts?” – it guides you step by step.
Which languages are available?
English, German and Polish. The assistant replies in your language too.
Does it work on all devices?
Yes – on iPhone, Android, tablets and computers, in any current browser.
